Our report covers the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof (Via DRONE if not able to walk), attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.

Based on the age and size of the home, a home inspection can take 2 to 4 hours.

In most scenarios, no more than 48 hours.
